At My Gift Cart, each house nameplate is custom-made with care and precision. Once your design is finalized, please allow 5–7 working days for production. After dispatch, delivery timelines vary between 3–6 working days depending on your location. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Returns
As all our nameplates are custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is confirmed. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect details, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. Please report any such issues within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the damage.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on most orders within India. For remote or special delivery zones, minimal shipping charges may apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
